Springfield Public Schools hired Nabholz as their construction manager at risk for the renovation of Hillcrest High School, which began in June 2020 and was completed February 2023.
This K12 education renovation project featured:

- Enhanced fire safety and security
- New locker rooms
- New administration areas
- Connection to gymnasium
- Upgrades to mechanical systems in the building
