Tenant Finish Outs
You can count on the teams at Nabholz to provide the same level of quality, service, and safety for small-scale work as we use on large construction projects. We can also help with a variety of other services related to your finish out, including planning and design concept, preliminary budgeting, asbestos testing, scheduling, and subcontractor vetting.
Facility Management
Nabholz provides facility maintenance and management services, including customized preventative maintenance programs and on-demand service. Our team will work with you to compile a maintenance plan and budget that will serve as a road map for your building, maintenance, and improvement needs. We will also customize a formal “on-call” program to address your maintenance needs as they arise.
Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
Nabholz is adept at erecting pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) on site. This process takes less time than traditional construction methods and can often be more cost-effective than alternative materials like lumber or concrete.
Excavation & Site Prep
We can handle every aspect of excavation and site prep, from trenching to digging, dredging, demolition, erosion control, grading, site concrete, and paving. Decades of experience give us a hands-on knowledge of the best way to approach each job, whatever the size.
Site Utilities
Our teams are well trained in all processes of installing necessary utilities, from water to sanitary sewer utilities to storm drainage.
Concrete

Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)
Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technology allows for clear communication and decision-making throughout the project, thus reducing rework and RFIs, increasing project quality, and driving more value to you, the customer.
