David Nabholz is the son of company founder Bob Nabholz. He started as a field laborer, specializing in concrete work. He would later work as a superintendent and general superintendent and now serves as the executive vice president of operations for Nabholz' Central, Northeast, and South Arkansas and Oklahoma presence.
