It’s difficult to believe we are just days away from the end of 2015! It’s been an eventful year for Nabholz and I’d like to share some of my favorite milestones from 2015.

We kicked off our Commitments to Live By (C2LB) campaign, aimed at preventing incidents and injuries and better preparing our employees to identify and face high-risk activities on project sites.

We launched the all-new Nabholz.com, which better defines our company, the services we offer, and the expertise of our employees.

For the first time ever, Nabholz rated in the top 50 manufacturing contractors in the country, as ranked by Engineering News Record. Nabholz also ranked in the top 20 telecommunication contractors in the nation, continuing a strong tradition of excellence in the telecommunication field.

We established a new specialty group, Fleet Equipment and Services, to provide turnkey sales and installation of auto and truck equipment, furthering our commitment to offer the most complete range of services to our clients.

We celebrated the opening of our new office building in Jonesboro, renewing our commitment to the northeast Arkansas area.

We received several awards for construction projects and safety, including the 2015 General Contractor Chapter Safety Award presented to our Kansas City office by the ABC Heart of America Chapter.

All of our Nabholz Industrial Services operations were accident free for the entire year! Additionally, our Excavation Services operations went two years without a single recordable or lost time accident!

We provided our customers with almost $549,000,000 in construction services.

We logged 1,790,000 man hours.

We hired new employees in all offices with a variety of skill sets. We are now almost 1,000 employees strong!

We achieved record customer satisfaction scores.

We continued to improve our financial strength and security, providing our customers with peace of mind.

We have much to be thankful for—wonderful customers, great friends, and fantastic employees. We feel fortunate to be able to provide jobs, contribute to our communities, and continue to serve our customers project after project.
