Millwright Apprenticeship Program

About the Program

Available only to Nabholz employees, Nabholz’s Millwright Apprenticeship Program strives to produce industrial craft workers with foundational knowledge of the industry and the technical skills required to effectively complete Nabholz industrial projects. It is recognized by the United States Department of Labor as a credible training program.

What to Expect

The program spans two and a half to five years of instruction beginning at any time and is performed as a hybrid model, with a combination of in-person and online instruction. An optional welding or CNC track is also available.

  • Introduction to hand and power tools
  • Metals and materials
  • Precision measurement tools
  • Introduction to hydraulics
  • Blueprint reading
  • Basic math
  • Customer service and communication
  • Microsoft Office programs
