The final steel beam to Nabholz’s new Conway home office was raised into place in an official topping out ceremony on Friday, December 4th. To celebrate this milestone, Nabholz employees gathered to watch the topping out and enjoyed lunch made by their peers.
The ceremony began with a Nabholz group photo, followed by the Nabholz team placing the beam as part of the self-perform work the company is performing on the project. Prior to the ceremony, Nabholz employees signed the beam, marking it with more than 300 signatures of craft professionals, company leaders, support staff, and more.
“Nabholz has come so far in 75 years. My grandfather Bob started Nabholz as a small construction company, and since then we’ve expanded to serve communities across the country,” CEO Jake Nabholz said. “Despite our growth, Conway has always been home to us. We started here, we live here, and we’ve grown right alongside the city and our home state of Arkansas. A new office is a key part of continuing that growth to better support our operations and clients for the next 75 years.”
Construction for the new office began in Spring 2025 and is expected to complete in Fall 2026.
