CONWAY, ARKANSAS (February 4, 2008)– David Vance of Jonesboro and Andrea Woods of Conway will serve as corporate vice presidents for the Nabholz Construction Corporation. Brad Hegeman of Conway has become corporate executive vice president. This action was taken during a recent meeting of the Board of Directors in Conway. Vance is a general superintendent who works from the Nabholz Construction office in Jonesboro. A 35-year veteran of the construction industry, Vance has been responsible for overseeing projects in Northeast Arkansas with additional work in Missouri and Tennessee. His projects include public school facilities, commercial structures, and government centers. Woods serves as corporate council for Nabholz. She joined the company in 2005 having served as the assistant city attorney and acting city attorney for North Little Rock and was the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Fairfield County, Ohio. Woods is a cum laude graduate from Capital University Law School at Columbus, Ohio. Hegeman is the executive vice president for preconstruction services at Nabholz and has served as a corporate officer at the vice president level. He joined Nabholz Construction in 1996, following a decade with the Virco Manufacturing Corporation. He earned both undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Central Arkansas.
