ODOT Awards Nabholz $10.5 Million Infrastructure Project

Nabholz Jenks infrastructure RoadJENKS, OKLA. – The Oklahoma Department of Transportation recently awarded Nabholz’ civil team a $10.5 million project.

This is Nabholz’ civil team’s first project with the state of Oklahoma’s Department of Transportation. The project is located at 96th Street and Main Street in Jenks, Oklahoma. The project is 2.2 miles of infrastructure involving demolition, water and large storm utility installation, and roadway reconstruction.

Eight percent of the suppliers and subcontractors Nabholz will utilize on this project will qualify as Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE).

A DBE is a for-profit small business with socially and economically disadvantaged individuals owning at least a 51% interest, as well as controls all management and daily business operations. African Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, Asian-Pacific and Subcontinent Asian Americans, and women are presumed to be socially and economically disadvantaged.
