Baxter Regional Medical Center contracted Nabholz to construct the Baxter Health Ambulatory Surgery Center and Clinic, which aims to expand access to surgical and imaging care or patients in the region. The project’s scope included:
- Structural steel building wrapped in metal wall panels
- Modified bitumen roof
- Clinic with 13 exam rooms
- Surgery center
- Two operating rooms
- Space to add two more operating rooms in the future
- Imaging area for MRI and CT scanning
