Bixby Public Schools Athletic Improvements

In 2022, the Bixby community passed a $110 million bond to improve various athletic facilities across Bixby Public Schools. This included a new high school track building, additions and renovations to the high school athletic building, and a new 9th grade gymnasium. Nabholz performed construction services for the following project scopes:

Bixby High School Track Building (Completed 2023)

  • Awarded 2023 Excellence in Construction Award presented by Associated Builders and Contractors of Oklahoma

  • Standing seam metal roof system with cold-formed metal trusses

Bixby High School Athletics Building (Completed 2024)

    • Football locker rooms, offices, and storage
    • AC units
    • Fire alarm system
    • Asphalt road
  • 10,000 square feet of renovations
    • Offices and meeting areas
    • Relocation of existing facilities

Bixby 9th Grade Gymnasium (Under construction — Estimated completion 2026)

  • Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB)
