Bixby Public Schools hired Nabholz nearly a year in advance of their bond election to help with budgeting and campaign strategy for multiple district improvements. When the time came, the Bixby community passed the $110 million bond, allowing the district to begin work. One of these improvements included a new three-story, 200,000 square-foot high school academic building. The scope of the project included:
- FEMA safe room
- Outdoor learning space
- Enclosed classroom spaces
- Shared classroom spaces
- Science labs
- Community room and catering kitchen
- Genius bars and lecture halls
- Collaboration cafes
- New parking lots
- Bus loading and student drop off/pick up zones
- Administrative offices
- Modern technology upgrades
Construction began in 2022 and completed 2024, allowing the school’s doors to open for students in January 2025.
