Newcastle Animal Control provides a public health and safety space for the animals of Newcastle, Oklahoma. This facility ensures that the streets of Newcastle are safe by helping animals off the streets to keep them from becoming injured or causing injury. Construction began in May 2023 and was completed in January 2024.

- Isolation units to care for sick animals
- Secure and shaded outdoor play areas
- Lobby
- Office space and meeting area
- Kennel areas for 27 dogs
- Cat holding area
- Sallyport
- Intake/storage area
- Outdoor dog runs
