Game Time at the Grounds

The City of Conway’s Game Time at the Grounds is an indoor sports complex that provides a recreation and organized sports venues to both residents and out of town visitors. The over 128,000-square-foot facility was designed for a stress-free experience for all visitors and to advance opportunities in Arkansas sports as well as surrounding states. 

Nabholz performed the following scope for the project as construction manager:  

  • Six high school regulation basketball courts that can be converted into 12 volleyball courts  
  • Two regulation indoor turf fields  
  • Pickleball courts  
  • Administration area with offices and a conference room 
  • Two multi-use spaces for team meetings, coach’s clinic, or parties separated by an operable partition  
  • Café and full-service concession area with two café seating locations for eating  
  • Pre-engineered metal building with standing seam roof and R-Panels  
  • Glass storefront wall at main entrance underneath an SS Canopy with a TPO roof, manufactured stone veneer at entrance and at exterior columns, and a precast stone pier cap
