Lewis Automotive hired Nabholz to construct two new dealerships, strategically built on 24 acres of land in a prime location just off the interstate near Fayetteville, Arkansas. The project included a space for pre-owned vehicles, Ford, and a combined dealership for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.
The scope contained the following:

- 12 electric vehicle charging stations, with more in design
Ford Dealership
- 14,805 SF sales, waiting, and service reception area
- 19,242 SF parts and service shop
- 4,998 SF business suite
- 2,240 SF parts storage area, car wash, oil change service, and covered service entry overflow area
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram Dealership
- 14,805 SF sales, waiting, and service reception area
- 19,242 SF parts and service shop
- 4,998 SF business suite
- 2,240 SF parts storage area, car wash, oil change service, and covered service entry overflow area
Pre-Owned Dealership
- 5,208 SF showroom, sales, lounge, and offices
- 2, 203 SF training room
- 5,388 SF business suite
- 7,124 SF executive business suite, gym area, studio class area, and exterior patio areas
After 19 months and a total of 208,000 man-hours, Nabholz delivered the dealerships to Lewis Automotive on time and within budget.
