Nabholz partnered with Marshall Public Schools to construct a new intermediate school for the district. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to open creative opportunities for students, with a design focused on open spaces, collaborative settings, and unique finishes. Nabholz constructed this new facility with the following scope:
- Demolition of existing structures
- Large kitchen facility
- Tudor-style home
- Concrete and asphalt road paving
- Soil remediation under building site, parking areas, and green spaces
- Two-story main building
- Administration offices
- Kitchen and dining areas
- Library
- Specialized group teaching areas
- Two wings with multiple classrooms in each wing
- Connection between main building and gym
- Gym with tournament-capable court
- Exterior materials: structural steel, precast concrete panels, and metal framing
- Interior finishes: artistic wood panels depicting trees, restroom sink glazing, LVT flooring in unique river design, ceramic tile flooring and walls, wood stair treads and balusters, and glass surround for library
