The project involved converting a working millwork and metal shop into modern Class A office space. The design blends modern amenities with historic details, enhancing both functionality and character. Features include:
- Lounge/kitchen area with custom seating, billiards, and electric fireplace
- Updated wall panels for executive conference room, kitchen, and fireplace
- Custom linear LED lighting
- Full building SONOS surround system
- Fully updated security system and access controls
- Period-correct photos and signage
- Restored architectural elements
