Pawnee Public Schools hired Nabholz prior to filling their bond election to assist with budgeting and bond campaign strategy. With a 75% approval rate, Pawnee Public Schools passes their first successful bond in several years for a new Ag building and a replacement of their 1940s elementary school with a brand new, secure facility.
Nabholz performed the following scope for the project as construction manager:
- 18 new classrooms, administration offices, and multipurpose green space
- 5,100-square-foot Ag building
- Secure entries
- Upgraded HVAC
- New media center/library
- Improved and secure playground
- Protected walkways and expanded parking
- ADA enhancements
- New drop-off lane and covered bus drop-off
The project began in May 2022 and was completed in July of 2023.
