Rheem selected Nabholz to renovate their 16,200-square-foot Innovation Learning Center, transforming it into a multifunctional and immersive environment. This center invites HVAC and plumbing contractors, wholesalers, specifiers, engineers, and others to engage directly with Rheem’s comprehensive range of residential and commercial HVAC systems and water heating products. The renovation included the creation and enhancement of several key features:
Two conference rooms
Equipment demonstration room
Four training spaces
Restrooms
Elevator
Mezzanine level
Multiple private and open office areas
These upgrades ensure that the Innovation Learning Center is equipped to provide a hands-on, interactive experience for all visitors, fostering education and innovation within the HVAC and plumbing industries. This project was recognized by Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas with a 2024 Excellence in Construction Award.
