We were proud to partner with our owner to relocate their Acura and Subaru dealerships to a brand new location with more room for further expansion, growth, and profit.
Nabholz managed the construction of two separate dealership with a shared car wash. The Acura dealership is 22,717-square-feet with approximately 7,000-square-feet of showroom of sales space and 12,000-square-feet of service area. The Subaru building is 26,592-square-feet with 7,000-square-feet of showroom and sales space and 14,000-square-feet of service area. The shared car wash building is 2,456-square-feet. All three buildings were built concurrently on eight acres of greenfield.
