Roosevelt Elementary School underwent renovations and additions starting in May 2023 and was completed in November of 2024. The construction was to increase the capacity of students that the school can accommodate, make the school ADA accessible, and create separate spaces for the gym, cafeteria, and auditorium.
The following was completed with Nabholz as the construction manager:

- New pickup area
- Offices
- Main entry way
- Gym that also serves as a functional storm shelter for students and staff
- Cafeteria
- Fourth grade classrooms
- Fifth grade classrooms
- Lockers outdoor courtyard
- Learning center
- HVAC system
- Fire sprinklers
- Playground
- ADA accessible areas
