Nabholz was hired to perform a new, ground-up construction of a fire station for the City of Sherwood. The 7,607-square-foot facility is the City’s fourth station and is outfitted to aid the critical work of emergency professionals. The build began in January 2022 and was completed in March 2023.
The scope of the project completed with Nabholz as the construction manager includes:
- Two bay apparatus room with a mezzanine floor
- Eight individual bunks
- A day room
- Kitchen
- Covered patio
