Again recognizing his skills and leadership abilities, Derek's supervisors gave him opportunities to learn about management and leadership through on-site management assignments.
Promoted to Project Manager
Derek earned a much-deserved promotion to Project Manager and graduated from Nabholz' in-house leadership development program, Leadership Nabholz.
Took On a Significant Role in Nabholz' Rail Industry Projects
Through hard work and a commitment to great customer service, Derek became a leader in Nabholz' rail industry project management across the lower 48 states.
OSHA 30-Hour Certification
Committed to Nabholz' guiding principle of Safety, Derek earned his OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
Railroad Services Director
A former welder, Derek is now Nabholz' Director of Railroad Services. In this role he oversees a fast-growing division that serves rail companies and transit systems from coast to coast.
