Yard parties. Any time we can get the team together and not talk 'shop', it's a great time. Our work is a grind. It's stressful. It's fun when we get to 'let our hair down' a bit and get to know people outside of a work setting.
Favorite activity outside of work:
Snow skiing and golfing (but not at the same time!)
A community cause that is important to you:
I'm involved with Downtown Bentonville, Inc. Anything "Downtown" is important to me. I'm also an active member at Cross Church in NWA. I enjoy serving on the Worship team from time-to-time.
What advice has helped you most in your career?
Years ago, when Greg Fogle was the outgoing President of Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce, he said "Never burn a bridge & always listen to your people." For some reason, that always resonated with me.
