What advice has helped you most in your career?
Everyone on the project is important, from the guy pushing a broom to the guy scheduling the work. Nobody has more value, just specific tasks, suited to their ability, that keep the project moving forward. We must treat everyone with compassion, empathy, and kindness to ensure they feel valued and motivated to perform to the best of their ability.
