Since 2008 numerous Nabholz clients have benefited from this service to “walk through” key parts of their new facilities long before the first shovel hits the ground. Benefits of this physical immersion in the UALR EAC “Cave” include management of team expectations, team collaboration, and prevention of change orders, saving clients time and money. In fact, before finalizing the plans for the CARTI center in Little Rock, doctors, nurses, and administration staff were guided through building, confirming that the layout would be conducive to providing the best medical care.
