The Rogue Roundabout is a microbrewery-restaurant located in downtown Conway and is Faulkner County’s first establishment to hold a microbrewery-restaurant private club permit from the Arkansas Beverage Control Board. Its location in Conway revitalizes an important part of the city’s historic downtown and provides the community with a focal point for socializing and gathering. Nabholz performed construction manager services for the project, which involved remodeling an existing building to fit the Rogue Roundabout’s needs. The project scope included:
- 7,300-square-foot remodel
- Coffee shop
- Party room
- Dining area
- New gang bathrooms
- New exterior glass
- Exterior brick restoration
- ADA upgrades to exterior sidewalks and entrances
- New roof
- New fire sprinklers throughout building
- New sewer, water, and electrical utilities
- New MEP (lights, devices, duct work, HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, rough-in for kitchen equipment, etc.)
- Kitchen with walk-in cooler
- Bar with 20 beer taps
- Brew house area where beer is brewed in-house
- Epoxy flooring in the kitchen, bar, bathrooms, and coffee shop areas
- New millwork throughout, handcrafted by the Nabholz millshop
