The Rogue Roundabout

The Rogue Roundabout is a microbrewery-restaurant located in downtown Conway and is Faulkner County’s first establishment to hold a microbrewery-restaurant private club permit from the Arkansas Beverage Control Board. Its location in Conway revitalizes an important part of the city’s historic downtown and provides the community with a focal point for socializing and gathering. Nabholz performed construction manager services for the project, which involved remodeling an existing building to fit the Rogue Roundabout’s needs. The project scope included:

  • 7,300-square-foot remodel
  • Coffee shop
  • Party room
  • Dining area
  • New gang bathrooms
  • New exterior glass
  • Exterior brick restoration
  • ADA upgrades to exterior sidewalks and entrances
  • New roof
  • New fire sprinklers throughout building
  • New sewer, water, and electrical utilities
  • New MEP (lights, devices, duct work, HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, rough-in for kitchen equipment, etc.)
  • Kitchen with walk-in cooler
  • Bar with 20 beer taps
  • Brew house area where beer is brewed in-house
  • Epoxy flooring in the kitchen, bar, bathrooms, and coffee shop areas
  • New millwork throughout, handcrafted by the Nabholz millshop
