Hail Trailer Brake & Wheel’s new 45,801-square-foot facility is located on a 23.41-acre lot at the intersection of I-440 and Faulkner Lake Road in North Little Rock, AR. This project marks Hale Trailer’s first location outside of the East Coast, and the company has since expanded to open more western locations. The facility’s construction began November 2022 and was completed October 2023.
The following was completed with Nabholz as the construction manager:
- Pre-engineered building with brushed faced CMU wainscot
- Metal wall panels
- Storefronts
- ACM panels
- 47 rooms for client sales, parts, service, and manufacturing departments
- 40,000 square yards of gravel parking lot
- 196 parking spaces
- 28,000 square yards of asphalt paving
- 86 parking spaces with full site development
