INTEGRIS Health hired Nabholz to deliver a two-phase project to expand and renovate key areas of their Oklahoma City campus. The project included a 5,775-square-foot addition to the INTEGRIS Health Cancer Institute (ICI) and a 6,553-square-foot renovation of the Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Center (JTR). Both phases were completed in an active healthcare environment, requiring strict safety protocols, Infection Control Risk Assessment measures, and careful coordination with staff and patients.
Project scope included:
JTR Renovation
- Large, open rehab gym with therapy equipment and mobility training
- Seven private exam rooms
- Modern conference room for collaboration and continued education
- Dedicated dietary storage to support adjacent café
ICI Addition
- Infusion clinic with eight infusion bays, centralized nurses’ station, and waiting room
- Oncology clinic with six exam rooms, decentralized nurses’ stations, and three physician offices
