Summer’s Special Project
Over the summer, school may be out, but Nabholz is in session. Throughout the summer months, our special projects teams hit the ground running with our K-12 partners to deliver upgrades, additions, and renovations for when students return to the classroom in the fall. These projects move quickly to minimize construction work on an active school campus, which could interrupt dedicated learning hours and introduce additional safety concerns.
Our Team
Nabholz’s special projects teams offer an array of onsite building services. They are our clients’ go-to construction partners for anything from emergency repairs to total renovations. For Nabholz, there is no such thing as a small project.

Our Projects
In the last 10 weeks, our special projects teams have partnered with K-12 schools across the country, performing everything from door upgrades to a full cafeteria remodel.
Our Fort Smith, Arkansas team gave schools in Oklahoma a major face lift with door upgrades, small remodels, and several paint projects, including a mural for the student pick up line.
Our Lutz, Florida special projects team removed existing handrails on an upper catwalk and mezzanine above a bleacher area and installed a new code-compliant handrail system. Within that project scope were other facility improvements including a new bleacher installation, floor refinishing, and painting.
Our Central Arkansas teams worked to rebuild a canopy that was damaged from a past ice storm, new gym sidewalks, baseball field renovations, and auditorium renovations in Central Arkansas.
Our Jonesboro, Arkansas teams worked to touch up paint across elementary, middle, and high schools as well as installing updated windows and flooring to administration buildings.
Big or small — our special projects teams are always ready for any job. To learn more about Nabholz’s K-12 construction capabilities and how we can help you meet your goals next summer, click here.
