Bill joined Nabholz as a project manager upon graduating from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 1972. He rose through the ranks and was named president of the Central Arkansas operation in 1995 and then CEO of Nabholz in 2002. In 2014, Bill was named Chairman of the Board. Bill serves on multiple boards within the community and the construction industry, including Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation, Conway Development Corporation and American Contractor’s Insurance Group. He is past chair of the Advisory Board of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Construction.
