The operator training program is designed to build real-world proficiency through hands-on instruction, guided practice, and direct observation in active jobsite conditions. The program pairs less-experienced operators with a highly skilled, certified expert operator who serves as both instructor and evaluator throughout the training process.
The training is conducted in the field, on live or simulated work tasks, allowing learners to develop skills in the same environments, materials, and constraints they will encounter daily. This approach accelerates competency by combining technical instruction, immediate feedback, and practical application.
This program is only available to excavation employees in Rogers and Van Buren, Arkansas and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
