Chairman Emeritus Charles Nabholz and Chairman of the Board Bill Hannah have been with Nabholz for 62 and 44 years, respectively. Throughout this time, Charles and Bill have guided the company through years of sustained, ethical growth, always keeping Nabholz’ mission to grow our people, serve our clients, and build our communities at the center of their decision-making.

Charles continues the legacy of integrity established by his brother, founder Bob Nabholz, often weighing in on key decisions and guiding the efforts of the Nabholz Charitable Foundation. This is what Charles is thankful for this holiday season.

Chairman of the Board Bill Hannah provides council to Nabholz’ executive committee and uses his extensive experience and company knowledge to build relationships with our clients. This is what Bill is thankful for this holiday season.

I’ve had the pleasure of watching our company grow from a small family-owned business into a relatively large regional contractor. I’m thankful that, as we’ve grown, we haven’t had to compromise our values and integrity. Additionally, we have continued to be a full service company that employs many skilled craftsmen and self-produces a significant amount of work. Nabholz also has many specialty groups that provide a wide array of services unmatched in our geographical footprint, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent them.

It is always gratifying to consistently hear our company is held in high esteem. I am very grateful to hear these comments, but realize this is a result of the dedication and commitment of each and every employee to guard and protect our values, integrity, and culture.

Lastly I’m particularly grateful for knowing that our founder, Bob Nabholz, would be very happy about the company that we have become.
