Facing the Labor Shortage the Nabholz Way

June 4th, 2015 - By

At Nabholz, we don’t just go looking for skilled craftsmen and women to join our team–we cultivate them right here in our own offices! In May, ten students graduated from the Nabholz University four-year Carpentry Apprenticeship program, ready to develop their careers in the construction industry.

This year’s graduates included Aaron Zwirnmann, Steven Jones, Jamilla Harris, Rusty Hooten, Kenny Burnett, Grant Troillet, Rusty Barnum, Justin Murphree, Luke Reves, and Richard Boucher. We’re so proud of this group for working and studying hard to complete the four-year program, accredited by the US Department of Labor. A special shout-out goes to Grant Troillet, a third-generation Nabholz employee, for his perfect attendance over all four years!
