On Saturday, December 1st, Nabholz shareholders gathered at the Conway office for their annual meeting. It was a time of fun, fellowship, and business, of course!
First, Board Chairman Emeritus Charles Nabholz announced the addition of five new shareholders:
- Rob Dodd, Senior Project Manager, Rogers
- Danny Kennedy, EVP Preconstruction Southwest Operations, Tulsa
- Hank Merkel, BIM Specialist, Conway
- Marshall Nash, VP Employee Services, Conway
- Birdy Smith, Millshop Manager, Conway
The addition of Rob, Danny, Hank, Marshall, and Birdy brings the total number of shareholders to 92. Congratulations to our five new shareholders!
Also, the shareholders voted unanimously to elect Andrea Woods, EVP and Corporate Counsel, to the Nabholz Board of Directors. Charles Nabholz summed it up perfectly, “I am very pleased with the election of Andrea to our Board of Directors. Her knowledge in legal and risk management affairs has been a tremendous value to Nabholz. In addition to her contributions to our company, Andrea contributes much of her time serving on civic and non-profit boards which greatly impact our community. Andrea is an excellent choice and will serve our Board well.”
