Nashville, Tennessee – Nabholz is pleased to announce its second Tennessee location is now open in Nashville. Their Portland office — which opened in 2019 — will continue to house their regional service and industrial group. With the addition of a construction group in Nashville, Nabholz continues to build on their brand as a one-stop shop for Tennessee customers. While the contracting company has worked for seven decades with clients across a variety of industries, the bulk of their extensive experience is from K-12 and higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial projects.

Though a physical office in the area is new, Nabholz has a history working with clients in the middle Tennessee area. They are currently wrapping up the Franklin Special School District Performing Arts Center, as well as the Poplar Grove Elementary gymnasium expansion, and will start on another project for the district this spring.

EVP of Operations John Strack — a Nabholz employee for two decades — will head up the Nashville office. Strack earned his construction management degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock while simultaneously working as general labor. He then moved to Northwest Arkansas, where his career with Nabholz has grown from a project engineer role to a project executive position. He has obtained LEED AP accreditation, OSHA 30 certification, and is a Healthcare Construction Certified Professional.

Strack is excited about the possibilities this new location opens. “From the moment we pulled into town we have been met with open arms. The people in this community are truly welcoming and hospitable,” he said. “I am excited and honored to have been chosen to lead our Middle Tennessee operation and look forward to developing relationships in the area.”
