Congratulations to Gary Strack and Tracy Chambers, who recently passed their Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) exams and earned one of the highest certifications offered by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) of the American Hospital Association (AHA). CHC is a premier credential based on sound assessment that provides distinction in the increasingly competitive healthcare construction marketplace.
Gary is a Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and administrative functions from project development to project completion. Gary has been with Nabholz for over 35 years. As General Superintendent, Tracy is responsible for working closely with project managers and superintendents to develop and maintain project schedules and provide oversight and support for superintendents on assigned projects. Tracy also manages our in-house superintendent development program and the University of Nabholz apprenticeship carpentry program. Tracy joined Nabholz in 1984. Both have extensive healthcare construction experience.
In the near future, this professional certification will become a requirement to work on several healthcare campuses in our market. Having team members who already carry the designation of Certified Healthcare Constructor helps put Nabholz ahead of the curve, which is why several more Nabholz employees are poised to achieve this certification in the coming months.
Dedicated professionals like Tracy and Gary help ensure Nabholz’ continued status as a leader in the healthcare construction industry, and we’re proud to count them as members of the Nabholz team!
