Although our current office in Oklahoma City has served us well over the past 11 years, we’ve been so fortunate in our success in the area that we’ve simply outgrown our space. That’s why we’re currently building a new, larger office to better suit our needs so that we can better serve our clients. Construction is coming right along, and we’re eager to make the big move in early October. We just completed installation of the exterior glass, and we’ve just begun framing interior walls today.

Our new building is 15,600 square feet–7,100 of that will be office space and the rest will be shop and warehouse space. We’re building it with plenty of green and sustainable features and are seeking Green Globes certification. The office will feature an open concept, abundant natural light, and a vibrant color scheme. In keeping with our commitment to our employees’ health, we’ve also included a wellness center with cardio equipment, and the warehouse has extra room for fitness classes.

What’s more, this new office doesn’t just represent growth for Nabholz, but for the area we’re building in as well. The South Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce is working hard to revitalize the south side of the city, and as one of the first businesses to locate in the area, we’re excited about the possiblities for continued growth in the area and proud to be a pioneer of this revitalization effort.
