Conway, AR – On Wednesday, the Boy Scouts of America presented Nabholz with the prestigious Whitney M. Young Jr. Service Award to honor the company’s instrumental role in serving the youth and scouts of the Quapaw Area Council for several decades. Named for the late Whitney M. Young Jr., a civil rights spokesman and executive director of the urban league from 1961 to 1971, the award recognizes outstanding service by an adult or organization for demonstrating involvement in the development and implementation of scouting opportunities for youth from rural or low income urban backgrounds. This is in fulfillment of Dr. Young’s dream of justice and equality for all.
