The American Bicycle Association made the decision to move the USA BMX national headquarters and facilities from Phoenix to Tulsa, resulting in a ground-up building project. The project is made up of two parts — the first a 25,000-square-foot headquarters building, which will include 38 staff offices, hall of fame museum, conference room, bike shop, warehouse, catering kitchen, concessions, and first aid areas.
The second portion of the project is a 125,000-square-foot arena with balcony seating for 1,800; bleacher seating for 2,000; and a 82,400-foot recessed track.
Completion of this nation-wide attraction will be in 2021.
