Nabholz partnered with CS3 to install this 38,000-pound boiler on the busy UT Memphis campus. Other rigging companies in the area declined to perform this particularly challenging equipment installation, which involved inserting the boiler through a small opening in a brick wall while simultaneously lowering it at a 45° angle to the basement floor seven feet below. It was then rotated 180° and maneuvered into place, with only one to two inches of clearance in several areas.
