Conway Corporation contracted Nabholz to construct a new Operations Center Campus in Conway. The 30-acre campus consists of a new office building, warehouse, vehicle maintenance shop, and covered parking. Construction began in May 2023 and was completed in December 2024.
Nabholz completed the following scope as construction manager for the project:
- 31,000-square-foot office building
- Office spaces
- Safe room capable of withstanding F5 tornados
- Training rooms
- Crew room
- Kitchen
- 100,000-square-foot warehouse
- Storage for all of Conway Corp’s material parts
- Offices
- Mezzanine for extra storage
- Covered area around outside of the building for parking and deliveries
- 22,500-square-foot vehicle maintenance shop
- Oil storage room
- Offices
- Welding bay
- Spaces for vehicle lift and overhead crane
- 67,000-square-foot covered parking structures
- Pre-engineered metal building lean-tos to cover Conway Corp trucks and equipment
