DiVentures is a state-of-the-art natatorium facility that serves as a place to learn how to be safe in the water while still having fun. Nabholz served as the construction manager at risk (CMAR) on the project, which began in August 2011 and was completed in April 2012.
The new swim and scuba facility features:
- 50-foot heated pool ranging in depth from 3.5 to 14 feet
- Diving well
- Large retail space
- Glass viewing area for swim lessons
- Family locker rooms
- Multiple classrooms with audio visual capabilities
- Patio for summer events
- Mechanical room
- Storage room
