Upper Ramble Civic Plaza

Upper Ramble Civic Plaza was originally a parking lot in Fayetteville, AR, but it was demolished and renovated to link the block between Dickson Street and Spring Street. The new Upper Ramble Civic Plaza is a great community spot full of greenery and activities for residents and visitors to gather and enjoy.

The following was completed with Nabholz as the construction manager:

  • A granite water feature
  • Shade structure
  • ADA accessible walking paths
  • Multiple seating areas
  • Spaces for market booths

The owner also selected Entegrity, a Nabholz company, to develop sustainable solutions for the project. Entegrity implemented sustainable lighting, waste diversion, biodiversity, and more to make the Ramble the state’s first SITES-certified project. Learn more about Entegrity’s role here.
