Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Addition & Renovation

The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts previously had 90,800 square feet of interior space and 12,700 square feet of exterior space supports fine art galleries, an arts school, and a children’s theater. Nabholz tri-ventured with Pepper Construction and Doyne Construction to construct a 38,000 square foot addition to the museum and conduct an extensive renovation to include a gallery, theater, administrative, education and public spaces, a restaurant, retail space, and new entrances. In addition, Nabholz replaced mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and implemented a landscaping plan with new parking areas.
