HAAS Automation Machinery Installation

HAAS Automation, Inc. is an American machine tool builder headquartered in Oxnard, CA. HAAS Automation is the largest machine tool builder in the western world, manufacturing a complete line of CNC vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, and rotary products.

For the last 15 years, the Nabholz industrial services team has developed a relationship with HAAS dealers like Phillips Corporation in the Southeast and Timco Machine Tool, Inc. in the South-Central region of the country. Though we are far from an exclusive partnership, we have worked together on hundreds of HAAS machinery and automation installations in the south.

Nabholz performs a variety of services for these types of projects. Most commonly, our riggers unload and move machinery into position as contracted by the manufacturer that has purchased the machines. Nabholz is often contracted directly by the HAAS dealers to unload and set the equipment at the manufacturer’s facility. Once set in place and rough leveled, HAAS-certified technicians commence the final machine installation, fine leveling, and commissioning. These machines can weigh anywhere from 5,000 lbs. to 50,000 lbs. Regardless of size, Nabholz is fluent in the installation and relocation of all HAAS branded equipment.

Our team of riggers and millwrights are experienced in installing machinery in different environments, including facilities that continue working production during installation. These machines go in machine shops, medical and pharma manufacturing facilities, manufacturing plants, home garages, paper mills, educational institutions, tech schools, high schools, and even our own Nabholz machine shop.

In many instances, Nabholz receives the machines directly from the HAAS manufacturing plant and stores them in one of our many warehouses until they are ready for installation at a manufacturing facility in the region. When the time comes to install them, we load them onto Nabholz trucks and transport them to the destination, unload them and set them in position per a layout provided by the owner.
