Nabholz built this 72,000-square-foot intermediate educational facility for the Independence Unified School District 446 to accommodate grades three through five. It features classrooms, a media center, music and art rooms, a gymnasium, administrative offices, softball field, soccer field, and a new asphalt parking lot.
