When repeat client, Jordan Aluminum of Memphis, Tennessee, sought to upgrade their large manufacturing facility to incorporate a spacious lounge area for their staff, they entrusted Nabholz’ Special Projects team with the task.
The project entailed the construction of a 1600 square foot break room within an active manufacturing environment, all while ensuring uninterrupted operations. Our team of skilled professionals began by removing the existing overhead door to facilitate the creation of the new space. The finished lounge boasts ten-foot ceilings, luxurious vinyl tile flooring, and an exterior storefront glass for ample natural light.
To tailor the space to our client’s specifications, Nabholz utilized its in-house Millwork services to craft custom laminate countertops and kitchen fittings matching the aesthetic. Additionally, our Special Projects group reconfigured the existing sprinkler system to optimize functionality within the new layout and installed new HVAC and plumbing systems.
As with many projects entrusted to our Special Projects team, timeliness was paramount. Our dedicated team completed the build within the specified timeframe, resulting in a comfortable lounge space serving as a retreat for staff.
