Motto Hotel by Hilton is a 66,300 square foot build located in the heart of downtown Bentonville. Its location allows access to all downtown Bentonville has to offer. The open social spaces, locally inspired design, and beverage options will allow guests to have a wonderful experience.
Nabholz performed the following scope for the project as construction manager:
- 175 rooms — 165 standard room and 10 ADA rooms
- Indoor secure bike storage and exercise room
- Motto Commons Coffee Bar
- Commons Liquor Bar
- Junto Sushi Restaurant and Kitchen
- Bar/backyard that open to an interesting outdoor gathering space called the “backyard”
- Employee back of house space with offices and commercial laundry room
The project began April 2022 and was completed August 2024.
