Nabholz constructed Mt. Juliet Fire Station #3 for the City of Mt. Juliet to increase emergency response capabilities in the area. The 15,800 SF project included the following scope:
- Four bay apparatus
- 2,336 SF training wing that also serves as the city’s emergency operations center
- 14 bunk rooms
- Captain’s room
- Day room
- Decontamination room
- Kitchen with three pantries
- Administrative offices
- Fitness area with locker rooms
- Separate turnout locker room
- Outdoor patio
- Mechanical courtyard with natural gas generator, DOAS HVAC unit, and VRF compressors
- Drive lanes and 68 parking spots
- Landscaping, irrigation, and artificial turf system
