Metro Nashville Public Schools contracted Nabholz to perform more than 110,000 SF of demolition, renovations, and additions to Paragon Mills Elementary School. The project’s scope included:
- Demolition of the 1968 building and part of the 1965 building
- Upgrades to HVAC, signage, finish, casework, and fire protection systems in the 2000 and 2009 building additions
- New north wing that connects to the 2000 building
- 10 new kindergarten and pre-k classrooms
- New two-story south wing
- Administrative suite
- Kitchen and cafeteria
- Community spaces
- Classrooms
